面白いアプリだと思いますが、直して欲しいバグや改善して欲しい所が有りました。 ⚫︎HzにD4が無い ⚫︎BATTERとRESOを切り替えた時にヘッドフォンの周波数が切り替わらない。 ⚫︎ドラムに自由に名前を付けられる様にして欲しい。 ⚫︎セット毎に管理出来るようにして欲しい。

Seen online people asked for update 100 days ago. No change. Phone mic doesn’t work anymore. Developer has not responded to email yet…🤷‍♂️

This app was amazing till I updated my phone. It doesn’t recognize sound anymore. When will we get an updated version?

I purchased this app and the fundamental feature of detecting the tone of the drums to facilitate the tuning doesn’t work. I have reached to their support team and it’s been several days without a single response. This is unacceptable and disappointing.

Stopped working

I just downloaded the app as their free version stopped working on my phone only to find out that this paid version does not work either. It will not pick up the sound no matter how hard I hit the drum- which defeats the purpose of it being a tuner. I would like a refund, please and thank you.

Bought this app and used it before every gig to get dialed in. Stopped working and haven’t fixed it in months.

Save your money. It worked well and now will not pick up sound no matter what. Just the tuner does not work. I recorded sound in app no problem so the mic isn’t the issue. Please fix.

Support is not up yo date with the app. Useless if you really want to use it and it does not even update close to Apple’s updates. Amateur service for such a great view and functionality. The typical “great looks, buy it, we don’t care anymore”. Thanks Apple. Thanks Drumtune. Waste of time and money.

No se porque pero le di todos los permisos y nad, no he podido afinar mi batería, y lo peor envié un correo a soporte y aún no me responden.

The app was great at first and then just stopped working and there doesn't appear to be any support.

This app worked great for 4-5 months then a upgrade on my iPhone 13. The app did not show the tune pitch or cycle. I unloaded and reloaded the app and then it would flash open and close right away. I deleted it again and uploaded and the same thing. I contacted the developer who explain my phone was not the problem. That this app is a part job and he just could not keep up adapting to the upgrades. Ok then why not refund the money for a non working app. I did not get a reply. I have since contacted the developer who again made no attempt to contact me.

Keep in mind, if you own iPhone running on iOS 18 + it won’t work… yet

Bought and downloaded the app and it won’t function correctly at all on the tuning page. It just says to “hit drum” and then nothing as if it isn’t hearing anything. Terrible app.

Used to love this app but since upgrading to IOS 18, it doesn’t hear anything. Surely this can be fixed. Is there still support for this app?

Purchased app 2+ years ago. Have run into an issue where the app no longer works with my microphone. Followed recommended fixes. Emailed support. No support response. My microphone works with other apps. Assuming I-phone update is now in conflict with the app.

Sound detection stopped working (tried multiple iPhones) so tuner is useless which is whole point of this app. Please fix this, this is a great app. Will update my rating to 5 stars once resolved.

I just downloaded and after much trouble shooting I am giving up. It doesn’t register audio in the tuning part of the app making this worthless. Not eligible for a refund either. What a scam.

Payed $10 bucks for an app that doesn’t work. Awesome.

Yeah, it’s a great app, but it absolutely does not work with the new iOS and the makers are being very, very, very slow in getting it updated. Meanwhile, we’re all left sitting here with out of tune drums trying to work as musicians! Sell it to somebody that can keep it updated! Complete waste of money.

It was great at first until my phone updated and now the app don’t work help I paid for this app

This app will not pick up any sound from my phone’s mic. I’ve allowed access to my mic, I’ve reset the app and my phone, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. I’ve reached out to customer twice with nothing but an automated response in return.

This app won’t register any sound. It used to work great. I’ve tried everything to get it working again.

Been trying for 10 minutes to get this thing to register on my phone and it’s not working. Microphone access is on and it’s just not doing anything

The app does not work with IOS 18. I loved the app and used it frequently when it was working properly. Now it does not register any notes. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Oddly enough, this is one of the few apps I have paid for and surprisingly it just stopped working. I tried all their troubleshooting tips and lost all my custom data in the process. In reaching out to the company, I get an automatic reply stating they’ll get back to me, but it never happens.

Maybe spend more time on the tuner working than on the registration

I installed, reinstalled, and reinstalled again. This doesn’t work. When I try and tune nothing happens . I emailed customer support with no answer. Waste of money. Zero stars.

Was an excellent all around app. Used it quite often. But now the mic registers no sound. Is there an update coming to fix or is this app DOA?

Until recently, this is the finest drum tuning app that I believe exists. I have had excellent results with sounds complimented for their precise quality. We have always needed a app that worked this way. Once you learn the general process, it is very easy to get your drums in tune. However, as of late the app does not seem to work. I have offloaded and reinstalled the app several times with no luck based on the troubleshooting guide. It can no longer detect pitches of the drums on my iPhone. Before, it would easily register the frequency but now there is no response. Hoping for an update to fix this issue so I can get back to great tuning and giving this app five stars!

This app was a life saver. I play across several different kits at different locations. It let me build preset tuning based on kit brand, drum head, and tunings. Then it stopped recognizing sound and I have rebooted, removed, reinstalled and nothing works. This was the best tuner I’ve ever used. I hope I can get it working again.

No input in the tuning portion of the app. Audio playback is hit or miss when playing a tone, click, etc. Audio is captured in the record feature is working so the app is accessing the mic, but even after multiple re-installs it will not recognize audio coming when prompted to hit the drum. The UI is really cool, and I was really excited to use this app but it’s not functional in this state, which is not cool for a paid application.

The microphone has not worked since the iOS 18 was released 04.10.2024. Still not working on iOS 18.0.1 05.12.2024. People are waiting too long for the update 😕

I wish there was a trial before just wasting your money but it is not working. Should have went with the one that has 1K downloads. This one looked more thorough.

Fantastic app until iOS 18. Helped me make my kit sound amazing. But not working at all in iOS 18, so I had to find another way to tune.

App does NOT support IOS18!! This needs an update so I can use it again! There is no signal for the microphone and this app has NO use if your phone has the most recent updates

I loved this app and used it every week for the last year. While beta testing iOS 18, I brought the issue to the developers attention that the mic wasn’t working. Never got a reply. So I waited for the GM iOS 18 and hoped it would work. No luck. Find an other tuner for drums. This one seems like it’s been abandoned.

Because the readings are greatly affected by the position of your microphone (iphone) and the force of the drum taps, I found it difficult to get consistent readings. The instruction manual is borderline useless because it seems to assume you already know how and why to tune a drum kit. It also has no explanation of the drum preset function. In the end I kissed my money goodbye and went back to tuning by ear. Much less frustrating. Oh, the developer will probably reply to this, saying they’ll work with me to achieve satisfaction. But spending even more time emailing screenshots and watching more online videos (as several other reviewers have apparently done) isn’t worth it to me.

This app has it all and tuning accuracy is legit. Love having something like this in my pocket that I can use anywhere. Great for tuning drums in loud environments like bars, when ya got your band mates making all kinds of racket with their toys while you’re trying to tune lol! Get this app!

They charged me 12 dollars for something I didn’t even use

I’ve been tuning drums for over 50 years. I can change both about her head in the Resort Head on all four of my Tom’s and tune them, and less time than it took me to tune the first two drums with this app. But that doesn’t mean it’s not useful what I mean by that is, although I tune by ear, it is nice to be able to record the tune and hold it in memory so next time I change the heads, I have the tuning definitions right in front Of me. The tutorial could be a little longer and maybe a little more in depth and actually explaining to people what a fundamental Tony is, may help, also suggesting intervals are OK but how about explaining the intervals in how you got them or how people perceive them. I usually use a piano, if you don’t have access to one, you can download one.Maybe explaining what a perfect fourth is or a perfect fit or tuning the drum heads to the same frequency what that does to residence and how you can to the Head’s to different tensions and keep the same note. I think a little explanation of these things can go a long way and people who are just beginning instead of just looking at numbers we’re losing something here with this app and people are starting to lose their ear. As far as listening that’s something that’s developed over the years and we need to hold onto that as drummers. Otherwise, I think the app is really nice. I think the first time I sent a rating in I didn’t give it a good rating as far as a frowny face or whatever you call it but that was a mistake so you can forget that one you guys have done a good job maybe a little moreNotes as far as intervals, go and frequencies. Can’t even get the app to stay open long enough to begin using it. After purchasing, logging in and selecting which tom to tune, the screen only stay open for tuning for about two seconds, and then shuts off. I tried multiple times. Finally I shut down my phone started it back up and still no success whatsoever. iPhone 8 Plus. Every time I start to use it, the app immediately goes blank and goes back to my home screen. What a waste of time and money I highly UN-recommend this app.
